1. Purpose
These Terms govern the use of all services provided by TheraNovis Inc. (hereinafter 'the Company'), including websites, mobile applications, and SaaS platforms, as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users.
2. Definitions
- User: A person who enters into a service agreement with the Company and uses the service in accordance with these Terms
- Member: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to the Company
- Service: All digital products and services provided by the Company
3. Formation of Service Agreement
By clicking the 'Agree' button during registration or by actually using the service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
4. Membership Registration and Account Management
Users must provide accurate information and are prohibited from sharing or allowing unauthorized use of accounts. The Company recommends two-factor authentication for account security.
5. Provision and Use of Service
The Company strives to provide stable services but may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, force majeure, etc., with prior notice where possible.
6. Fees and Payment

7. Intellectual Property Rights and Restrictions
All content and software in the service are the intellectual property of the Company. Users are granted only a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Illegal activities, hacking, reverse engineering
- Uploading content that infringes third-party rights
- Actions that overload or disrupt the service
9. Limitation of Company's Liability
The Company is not liable for damages arising from free service use, and liability for indirect or consequential damages is limited even for paid services.
10. Termination and Suspension
Users may withdraw at any time. The Company may warn and then restrict or terminate use for violations of these Terms.
11. User Content and Data
Users are responsible for content they upload. The Company uses and stores such content only for operating the service.
12. Changes to the Terms
Changes will be notified via website posting and/or email/in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
